School
What do I remember about being at Hauppauge High?
Having a great time in Marching Band playing the clarinet. I think I can still play Stars and sTripes Forever.
2) Working on Stage Crew........... oh the drama
3) Getting together at Eileen Haymes' house and playing spin the bottle. We all lied and said we kissed.
4) Having my guidance Counelor tell me I better only apply to Suffolk. I did not listen and was accepted into the University of Scranton. I came back to put my Dean's List in the face of tha...Expand for more
t horrible man. THe cowared had retired. Good riddance. I hope other people ignored his negative advise like I did
5) Feeling like a big shot going into the High School building in 8th Grade.
6) Sitting in the Theatre and talking for hours.
7) Play practice and the millions of hours we seemed to happily spend preparing for the musical.
8) Singing our hearts out with the other stage crew members backstage during the play.
9) Band practice and lessons with Mr. Goodenough who drove a Volkswagen "thing". The car that looked like a Duck Boat.
Workplace
I am a 3rd grade teachers in a local Catholic School. I love my vocation as a teacher.
