Sharon's Story
Life
Started taking classes at ASU in '67, majoring in English-Education and re-started classes at ASU in 1972, majoring in Chemical Engineering (minor in biology). Attended Maricopa Tech. Community College to LPN and AA degree. Re-enrolled at ASU, graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in December 1978, Sigma Theta Tau (nursing's Phi Beta Kappa equivalent). icine and Emergency Medicine at Northwestern University in Chicago. I "retired" in 1993 following a severe neck injury while working as an ER doc at Valley Lutheran Hospital in Mesa, AZ. I moved back to Chicago, my favorite city in all but winter, in 2000 and I live with "Julie" who is a small Pomeranian in a "Gold Coast" condo. Married between college attendances, last time in 1974--single since then, no children. Enjoying life now.
