Life After High School I attended OSU in Industrial Design, graduated and moved to Chicago where I worked for an ad agency doing a variety of Art Direction and Design. In 1990 I married my husband Doug who I met at OSU. Once we had our first child Jessica in 1992, I worked one more year fulltime for the ad agency and then decided to work from home as a design consultant for a number of agencies and contacts. Doug's new job in 1994 moved us to Kansas City where I took a year off from working since Meghan was also born. Then, I became a full-time Mom and a Freelance Graphic Designer for a number of companies throughout Kansas City and later throughout the mid-west due to designing via internet connection.
