Sharon's Story
In highschool, I was kinda shy and pretty quiet. I hope I've overcome some of that.
I've been married 44 years this May to a wonderful, gentle man. We had four children, two boys, two girls. In 1993, we lost our youngest son, Nate to a spring storm in Castle Crag Mountains. That was hardest thing I've ever suffered in my life. Our oldest son lives in Fairbanks, AK. working the haul road you see on the TV show, Ice Road Truckers. He has a 14 yr. old son. 18 and 20. Our youngest daughter lives in Carson City NV. and has a 15 yr. old daughter who dreams of being in the Olympics as a swimmer. We are very proud of all of them.
We live in Pine Mountain Lake in Groveland, CA. amongst the pines. We lived in Fairbanks, Alaska for 15 yrs, then moved back to CA. We tired of not seeing green grass until May or June each year.
I had a stroke 2 yrs. ago, but am pretty much back to normal now, thank goodness.
Thats about it. Life goes on.................................
