the extra weight that I have carried with me for years. It feels so good to be thinner. I am now lower than I have been in 30years. I have a husband , Ted and we have been married 35 years I also have three wonderful children Erica, Mark and Bryan and an adorable grandaughter, Serena. Life is very busy around our house and I am looking forward to retiring in about six more years.".

Snow storm in Portland. This is what I-5 looks like at 8:00 tonight. I work 30 minutes from home and I left work at 4:45 and I am not home yet. maybe 30 more minutes
