Sharon's Story

I work for the Boy Scouts of America now. My degree was in Journalism but no benefits so I needed a real job. I am the Assistant to the President/Scout Executive of the Sam Houston Area Council. I hope to retire in 2 years. Hopefully, I'll write again then. I have a big close family. My husband, Larry Fisher, also graduated from Reagan. ...Expand for more
He and our oldest son were killed in a jeep accident in 1983. Our son was 17, Larry was 39. We had a married daughter and 3 little boys, 4, 6 and 13. The boys are now very fine men. I have 9 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. When we are all together there are 25 of us. I have been blessed beyond anything I could have ever deserved.
