Sharon's Story
After graduation, I lived in Ohio another 4 years and then I moved to Corpus Christi TX for a couple of years. I then moved to Phoenix AZ where my brother already lived (1971 Maple Hts graduate). I love living in the southwest. My twin sisters lived briefly in California and then moved back to Ohio and currently live in Solon and Twinsburg (1974
Maple Hts graduates). My last visit to Maple Hts was 2007 and I did visit my old home and the high school, which surprisingly had changed very litte.
It is now January 2008 and I am married (Sharon Hodgins-Bowmar) for 20 years. I have lived in Mesa, Arizona for 6 years and I have lived in Arizona for a total of 29 years. I mar...Expand for more
ried in 1987 and I have two sons (Wesley - 18 years old and Michael - 15 years old). Wesley will be graduating high school this year and he is a gifted writer. Michae is currently a 1-Year Degree Blackbelt in Karate and soon will be testing for his 2nd Degree Blackbelt in Karate. Next month I will have worked 28 years for Air Liquide America, an industrial gas company. I have worked as a secretary, sales support, and now I work in customer service. My husband, Mike, has just started a new career in Real Estate. It is our plan to bring me into the business this year. This will allow me to take early retirement from my job and start off on new adventures in our business.
