Sharon's Story
It really sucked senior year to leave my friends and miss graduation! I loved Garland High, some wild and crazy fun. It wasn't right. It's taken a long time to get over the embarrassment and shame. I did go on to skip a record number of days while attending NMHS: at Whiterock Lake until graduation. Life outside of school was brutal for years yet it didn't kill me; it just took time to overcome it all. Got a job, went to college in Texas and Florida until I discovered bowling, pinball and partying as much as possible! Married moved to Okla, couple of years later my twins were born! 1983 started my career doing accounting and income taxes, bought the family business in 1994. Hard work, irs challenges and victory keep it fun. Twice divorced, Finally found a great man to share the rest of my days with. We love Cancun and collecting rock n roll stuff, our castle is all rock n roll decor from the good ole days, keeps us young. We love going to concerts. Young at heart and rockin harder than ever (Led Zepplin #1) Just took up Texas Holdem, placing 2nd in my last two tourneys! Happier than I ever imagined possible I am so grateful to the man upstairs; I am so blessed.
