Sharon's Story
Over the years as I matured,I have learned so many important things about life. The caring for others long before myself. How much one person can make a change. Ok even if you think it's not a lot it does add up. If every person donated just one peice of clohting to a chairity can you only vision the out come? One can of food? I am sure you get my point. The final out come we have by simply exstending a hand out to help is one of the greatest gift we have.Together theres nothing we cannot change.
We live in the greatest country in the world and yet so many people suffer daily. So many have no food, clothing or medical care. So people are all alone, many have no family that cares, or our of shame no family that is aware of how or where they life out of shame. How heart heartbreaking!
Many of us drive right by these people daily!...Expand for more
If only we open our eyes, we would see these people. These people are in need they are not under the highway on park benches and at the nearest red light for nothing. They are just like you and me. Many are vets yes men and woman that severed our country, they come home with issues and find there is really no help for these people how sad! What have we become when we walk by our brothers and sisters without a care a moment of kindness. What time would it take to hand a man or woman change,a few dollars or simply buy a meal?
When I went grocery shopping I would buy some meats and fresh veggies, I would then sneak to out local soup kitchen/mission and drop them off. Then one day I left the reciept on the counter my husband Pete said Sharone' did you put these other items in the freezer down stairs? I was quite (theres something new)
