Sharon's Story
Since High School I've been busy. I married in Dec 1980, so I have been married for 29 years. I had a son in 1982, miscarried in 1984, had a daughter in 1985, another daughter in 1986, and another daughter in 1988. Stayed home with the kiddos and spent my time driving carpool, taking the girls to Rhythmic gymnastics, and all the other activities the kids got into. Then in 2006 we adopted a sibling set of 3. d jr high school in Kansas and have been fixing it up into a home. It's on 3 acres and has 30,000 sq feet which includes a gym with stage, locker rooms, kitchen, cafeteria, and classrooms. When we get it finished we plan on doing foster care or adopting more kids.
In 2009 I was diagnosed with ovarian cancer. I have now finished the chemo and can't wait for my hair to grow back. I still have tests to do and a couple of surgeries to get through but everything looks good.
