Sharon's Story
Life
Hi Classmates;
After graduation, I attended San Jose State University for two years, then left to get married (too young). After 8 years, we divorced and I returned to college, finally graduating in 1985 with a BS in Accounting.
My career was in Finance and was surprisingly sucessful. After several decades of working for both large and small companies, I became an independent Financial Consultant for Hi-Tech start up companies in the Silicon Valley. I was able to retire in 2002, at the ripe old age of 50.
I have no children of my own, but my husband has four children and I am the proud grandmoth...Expand for more

My husband and I love to play golf and travel. We live in Lincoln, CA, but spend the winters in Palm Springs, and travel most of the summer, mostly in our RV.
We spend quite a bit of our time doing volunteer work. A few of the hi-lites include going to Tanzania and Ethiopia with Habitat for Humanity. In 2005 we spent a few weeks in Gulf Port, Mississippi after huricane Katrina, running a shelter for 600 people.
I wish I had an agenda for the rest of my life, but honestly, I'm just going to have fun as long as the good Lord allows me.
