Sharon's Story

Life I worked 28 years at Mainland Medical Center- 12 years as an LVN and 16 years as an RN. I left MMC to start a family home day care and did that, until Hurricane Ike took me out of business. I moved to Austin working at Seton Hospital for a little over a year .Then bought a home in Bastrop by special invitation attended the biggest...Expand for more
fire in Texas. Missed my home by 2 blocks and the grace of God. I have worked in Bastrop for 3 years at Bastrop Nursing Center, it has really been a learning expereience. However, I am putting my home up for sale and heading home to help care for my mother and step father, in May this year. So look out Texas City, I'm heading back home.
