Sharon's Story
Life
Graduated WHHS May 1969. Married Freddie Dale Lee, August 1969. We moved to Huntsville and attended Sam Houston State. Two sons, Brandon Reble Lee (1971) and Allen Roper Lee (1975).
I worked for the Southland Corp.(7-11)several years then started my own businesss of real estate management. Freddie died from rare kidney disease 1986.
I remarried in 1988, Dr. Dennis Teal, a chiropractor (he has one son, Walter Teal, born 1979). I continued my education and earned x-ray technician certification. Since 1988, I have been clinic administrator / x-ray tech for our clinics in Canton, Lindale, Dublin, Livingston and Corrigan, TX.

tic Women (1999-2001). In 2001, I was elected to serve as the Democratic Chair of Polk County. At the 2004 Democratic State Convention, I was elected to serve (2 year term) as the state president of the Texas Democratic County Chairs Association and re-elected in 2006.
All three of our sons have married. Roper and his wife, Dr. Tiffany Lee, have one son born on Christmas morning 2001, named Ryder Dale Lee (named for Freddie Dale Lee) and one beautiful little girl born on April 1, 2007 named Autumn Grace Lee. We are now enjoying watching Ryder play T-ball.
Dennis bought me a scooter (125cc)... he has a Gold Wing ... we tow them on a trailer behind the motorhome to ride in state parks, etc. I look like the dingy following the big ship!!!
