Sharon's Story
I married Matthew Short a Navy man in February 2008. I've raised 6 children, 4 of the six are mine. Kelli & Dan live in Vegas and are the proud parents of Thomas Henry 1 yr old with another one due April 2012. Zach is a proud dad of James 9 & Autumn 5. Matt & Lisa have a daughter Isabella 2 yrs old and another daughter due in December 2011; they live in Vegas. Ashley & Kyle have a son Nicholas 5, daughter Holly 2, and son Gabril 6 mos; they live in Marysville. Dustin got married Laura In July 2011. He is out of the Navy. They have a 8 mo old daughter Aubrey. Maggie is now a 3rd at Fred Meyer in grocery. She married Jeff in April 2011 and they are expecting a son in November 2011.

thew and brother Ken are part of the Honor Guard and I am on the counsel. We love the Scottish Highland games and attend 4 to 6 games from Bellingham to Kelso, starting in June and ending in September. I love to take and post lots of pictures. I still sew I am quilting now and still many different crafts too. Right now I am a housewife, and in August 2009 my husband retired from the Navy after 20 yrs of service.
All three boys are or did one tour in the military. Zach has been in the Navy 12 yrs; stationed at the Everett base. Matt served four years as a USM, and is Veteran of this war. Dustin was on a Newport News Sub in Virginia.
I look forward to starting a new chapter in my life. Matthew has been working in Marysville as a welder for 2 years. We bought our first house in December 2010. For those of you who remembers John Biesler we bought his childhood home.
