2009 was lots of fun with lots of travel! Yes all across the US in 3.5 months, and then back to the DC area after that! I love to travel. I think that I am done traveling in a box truck and a SUV or Pick UP and a trailer for a while! I was still able to fit in a...Expand for more
trip to MI, so that I could go skiing the last few days of the year. . . It was a little chilly.
2008 was full of work and Chicago things. . .
A few boat rides on Lake Michigan (Muah, Beautiful) (the skyline is a very different view from the water) (Love it), L.A.T.E. Ride with my AKPsi Brothers, the book fair, The Aids walk, rain in the city, Orange, Blues Fest, Halloween (need I say any more), a boat ride or 2 at the grandparent's and Adrian's Frozen Custard.
I Love traveing. In which I will be traveling and working over the next few months for work!
So, the 2007 ski trip was Breckenridge!! Awesome! I had a wonderful time. I got up there Thursday night, met a few of my roommates for the trip, skiied Fri, Sat, and Sun. We went to the Brewery, every night, because there were a few ID problems. Left Monday Morning. My usual luck it started snowing the day that I left. Go figure! And yet again, Can not wait to move out there.
OK... so October of 2006 ended and Nic and I ended it with a BANG in Las Vegas!!! We partied at Tru, Drias, Tryst. Nic and I ate like Queens to... I am still wowing about the trip. We worked a little. But rocked Vegas like the party stars we are.
In August I went to Colorado where we went rafting Hiking and camping. I had such a great time that I am doing the same thing, camping, white water rafting and hiking in West Virginia and Virginia in September. White Water Rafting is awesome. I suggest it to all swimmers. We did 5+ rapids in W Virginia. AWESOME!!
I almost yearly ride in the L.A.T.E Ride. It is the best experience to finish the route on Lakeshore Drive at 5:00 a.m. I had a great time at the L.A.T.E. Ride with my brothers this year. I am very glad that we decided to Late ride on. . . The sun rise was the best. I am always on the go.
There is always something else to do.
I love down hill skiing and Am always looking for ski buddies. 5K's are the best ways to keep myself motivated in the summer!
