Sharon's Story
I live in Salt Lake City, Utah. I graduated from Farmington High School. I later attended Eastern Arizona Junior College and college in Orem, Utah. I'm the receptionist for the Utah Division for the Blind and Visually impaired. I live just two blocks behind where I work. I love working with the blind. It is so rewarding. I hope I never retire.
Sharon's interests include Reading (favorite book to read is the bible). listening the Christian radio and TV programs, playing with my little Chihuahua named Chingy Bubbles. My favorite TV station is PBS. The programs I love to watch are "Call the Midwife", "Doc Martin", " ballykissangel ", ""Scott and Bailey"," Father Brown", " Murder in Paradise". I also like to watch "The Vikings" on the history channel.

just 3 days old and my son was 3 weeks old. My youngest daughter died last year. She had acromegaly and cancer all thru her body. She was 36 years old and never married or had children. That is her in the picture with me. She is holding Chingy, her Chihuahua I bought for her as a companion dog. When she died Chingy came to live with me. I also have two cats. My oldest daughter lives in California and has two children. She graduated from college with a degree in teaching.
I just had my 69th birthday on May 12th. Right now I'm sitting at work and updating this. I'm looking out the window. Because my desk is in the lobby I have a large window to look out at and admire the beautiful day. I have been with the state now going on my 10th year. Whoever is reading this have a great day!
