Sharon's Story
I am happily married with two grown children, Scott, 31, and Lori, 27. Scott is training to be an EMT, then a fireman. Lori is living in Florida, pursuing her masters degree in Mental Health counseling. She works at a rehabilitation center in Cleawater, Florida. Prior to moving to Florida, she worked at Redwood Rehabilitation Center in Ft. Mitchell, KY.
I am retired from Cinergy Corp. (now Duke Energy, I retired shortly after the merger). I was an Executive Administrative Asst. to the VP of Power Trading until the merger. I worked there 37 years.
The only persons I've seen since the 30th class reunion (believe it or not) is Diane Mullins Cook & Shari Hemsath Vanostrand. Diane is married to my husband's cousin, so I see her at all the family outings. She looks pretty much the same, I think.

aise and show at dogshows. Shari is a nurse. Last time I talked to her she was a nurse at a local prison.
I look totally different than my high school picture. I look alot younger than 56 (everyone guesses me in my 40's, I use alot of anti-aging products (lol). Age and gravity have taken their toll (lol), as it has for us all, huh?
I enjoy crafts, crocheting. We have two dogs, one is almost 13, she's a german shepherd/husky mix, and the other is 1 yr old, she's a designer dog, a mix of pomeranian & pekingnese (Peekapom).
I haven't gone back to work after retirement due to having Fibromyalgia since 2003. I work out twice a week, but most days I feel so sore and tired that I don't feel like doing much. But I'm hopeful they'll find a new medicine that will make it tolerable, since there is no cure.
I look forward to working with the reunion commitee again and seeing everyone at the 40th Reunion in 2010.
