Life
Well, let's see, I was married 1990. Have a 14-year-old son who keeps me on my toes! He's in into sports and band, so I'm now one of those "sideline moms". Don't know how parents with several kids do it!
I've been in Houston since I came here for college (computer science) in '82, from Fairfax Virginia. I graduated from the University of Houston in '86 and was an "IT geek" until 1993, when I started a career development company, called Career Management Services. I am now an executive career coach and have been doing that since then. Challenging, but fun....Expand for more
Spend much of my spare time studying martial arts (can't stay away from sports)! It's good exercise for an old gal. I also still read everything I get my hands on...
I still visit Cove and Fairfax from time to time, since I split my highschool years between the two and made lifelong friends in both places. Overall, life has been good and it's great to be able to reconnect with folks from long ago and learn about their experiences through the years. Means a lot to us military kids who had to bounce around so much during our childhoods. So, stay in touch!
