Sharyn's Story
Life
After high school I went on to nursing school at St.V's and, after that, a 2 year stint with the Army Nurse Corps - one year at Ft. Riley, KS and the 2nd year in Vung Tau, Vietnam. I came back home to Worcester from 1968-1970, then wanderlust struck again. With the Army's guarantee of 2 year's in Honolulu, my friend, Marilyn Bourgea, and I signed up. n 8 year old little girl and her 4 younger brothers - 7 years, 4 years, 2 1/2 years and 5 months...yes, our oldest son and his wife are VERY busy these days!! Our 2nd son is getting married this month (9/'08) and our youngest son was married this past March. We've lived in St. Augustine, FL for the past 28 years and really love the casual lifestyle here. My husband and I are both retired now and have been enjoying traveling to those places that we once only dreamed about.
