Sharyn's Story

After O'Hara, I went to Penn State and graduated with a degree in Broadcast Journalism. Then my adventures began with stints in NY, London and finally, California. I was lucky enough to meet my late husband, Stan at a Penn State alumni dinner. He lost a very short battle with cancer last year. Our 11-year old son, Zachary and I miss him dearly. ...Expand for more
I own a small marketing communications agency in the San Francisco Bay Area. I am still active as a Penn State alumni and serve on the alumni board for the College of Communications. Stan and I enjoyed our trips back to Happy Valley for football games - we have had season tix forever. My brother, Kevin Fitzpatrick '77, had joined us every year.
