I did not graduate from Rim of the World , as I moved to Washington State mid Junior year, and I graduated from Sequim High School in Washington State. I am an ACF Certified Chef and have worked in Park City, Utah and Napa Valley, California. I am now with Hilton Hotels and over the past 10 years with them I have been in Restaurant Management - opening restaurants,...Expand for more
as culinary advisor, wine director, training manager and General Manager of 2 different restaurants - one Fine dining .. one Casual Dining. I just (Oct. 2008) completed my first test course for my Sommelier Certification.
