Shawna Stewart:  

Life I Have a degree in Philosophy and am a Nationally Certified Midwife. I presently run a college residence Hall and take care of 550 freshman and 41 International Students. My hobbies are yoga and hiking and reading. My weaknesses are chocolate and Starbucks. My first love is my family though. I have 8 children, five boys and three girls. They are beautiful ,smart ,and kind!! I sometimes homeschool ,when a child chooses- each year is different. My eldest son just returned from a year in Iraq and is a Graphic design Artist, my second son has been studing political Science and Russian Language in Russia and Estonia since May. He returns on Christmas Eve and says all he wants for Christmas is to be home (a great reason for study abroad!). My eldest daughter is studying for a degree in Sign Language and my second, 17, daughter is going on a mission trip to Cambodia in February before doing her degree in foreign relations. My 15 year old daughter is very inviolved in drama. My youngerst sons are 12, 8 and 6 so we still have much excitement ahead. "We" meaning of coarse my husband and I. He is Dean of Students at WVU and an Englishman. This year will be our 25th anniversary!
