More about Sheba:"I was born in North Carolina and was raised in New Orleans since I was 8 months old. I moved with my parents to the burbs when I was 5 and atteneded elementary and high school in St. Bernard Parish. I went to University of New Orleans where I studied Communication and was going to be a TV Newsreporter. I decided to join the US Air Force before completion and was stationed in Phoenix, AZ. It is there that I met my husband and we had two children. We left Phoenx and moved to St. Louis, where my husband was from, for a little while and then we moved back to New Orleans. husband working with the local fire department and I worked for US Dept of Agriculture, National Finance Center. We stayed there until Hurricane Katrina. This is an extensive story which I will convey at some other point in time.My work moved to here in the Dallas area. When they decided to go back, we decided to stay. I applied for jobs but did not find anything. Within 3 months, my husband had an affair and in time we split up and eventually divorced. I now work for Dept of Homeland Security, Customs and Border Protection and have been working there for about a year and a half. I enjoy my work most days. I really like my supervisor, Glenda. She is the best!
I like having fun. Being with friends. Entertaining. The Theater. Wine tastings. Movies. My 11 yr old daughter is my heart and soul. Traveling. I like the color purple. I love Starbuck's Venti White Chocolate but settles for their Skinny French Vanilla Latte with 6 extra shots vanilla and 5 extra shots of hazlenut. Food: Sushi, Hibachi, Seafood, Steak, Mexican, Chinese, just about anything. Drinks: Wine - Reisling, Shiraz Zinfandel. Beer - Michelob Ultra, Corona, Orange beer (?), Margarita's, Extra Dirty Martini, and drinks of the like, and of course, Champagne. None of these are ever drinked at the same time or all in a sinlge night.
I am on here for networking and friends. If a friendship turns into a relationship, that is fine as well and I will embrace this when it happens. I am not looking for anyone who does not want to have fun. Staying at home all the time is not for me. I am not ready for any sitting around at home alll the time and expect whoever I am with not to be this way either. But staying in watching a movie or entertaining or playing a game if a lot of fun too and will enjoy this as well. Romance would be wonderful as no one can ever have enough of this.
