2005 BIO UPDATE:
1966 Graduation to Present:
Highschool: a place that was manditory for me to go to daily - painful, and uneventful as far as clubs or socializing were concerned. Difficult years for this duck not yet able to appreciate her feathers to come I'll admit. . .not to mention the meaness of youth is as caustic as some chemicals. I can still hear "Jolly Green Giant" echoing down the hallways of jr. and sr. highschools...ah yes, childhood, whatta lovely way to spend a coupla of decades. . .altho on the other hand, I did have the Ozzie and Harriet type childhood, new cars, built in swimming pools and BOTH of my bio-parents. Thankful for those things now - as hind sight is ........ well y'know. On to young adult hood.......and adult hood. . .and retirement ;)
Toad, 2 baby girls; Toad, baby girl #3, Found my Prince and 1 wonderful step daughter later, and we WILL live happily ever after!! My Father said I learned the hard way...guess kissin' Toads paid off afterall.
Employment: Sea World Sea Maid briefly, Photo Finisher, Window Dresser, Store Santa Makeup Artist, Sign Painter, Typist, Department Store clerk, Petshop Mgr., Owner/Operator of a Restaurant, Ofc. artwork thru the years. . .) Best job, Wife and Mother to date!!
Settled in Northern Cali - built a custom home, have a PRINCE of a husband (seriously, My Father was right. . .practice DOES make perfect and those toads. . . well practice, like I said. . .) We have 4 grown daughters, 35, 33, 28, 21 and four wonderful gran'children; g'sons 15 & 13 yrs. and g'daughters 11 & 8 yrs.
Fortune has smiled on me in many ways; I am healthy, as are my husband and children and childrens children. And I'm happy to wake up each and every day :) My family means everything to me - and they make me believe that I mean as much to them.
Time has gone by waaaaaaaaay too fast, and hopefully now that life has smoothed out, I only hope it slows down so I can really appreciate it and everyone in it.
Capsulated in a dramatic way, but if anyone is curious, I'll gladly answer email. 'hoping that you and yours are happy, healthy and not struggling in any negative ways. HUGs cuz they're my favorite thing, all around....well, okay they do head the list; but it's a long list :) ... the ocean, light rainy weather, lightening storms, frogs, being silly, puppy breath, newborn babies, childrens laughter, houseplants, true friends, and first and foremost my true love Rob! Who makes everything worth while :)
Remember to live in the moment, and that which goes around DOES come around. Plant flowers not onions!! So mote it be!
