Update: The AF sent me back to school and in Jun '06 I received a Masters degree in Military Operational Art & Science. I am back to working in the Pentagon in the AF Senior Executive Management Office.
After HS, I went to college and did a lot of traveling in Europe. In 91' I moved to England for 5 mos & in 95' to Germany for 6 wks and did several Europe trips in between. May 97' I finally graduated with my BA and that Sept took an Internship (Civilian) with the Air Force; moved to Montgomery, AL (Maxwell AFB). moved to Washington DC and am currently a Human Resources Specialist. I had the unfortunate experience of being in the Pentagon on 11 Sept. The reconstruction of the bldg is now completed.
I have just finished my 2nd marathon (Marine Corps Marathon). I never thought I would do one, much less two, and will attempt a 3rd. Fortunately there are wonderful trails and all the monuments to keep you "entertained" while running.
DC is a wonderful place to live and visit. There is always something to do; plenty of museums/theaters. If you're ever this direction, be sure to look me up.
