Sheila's Story
Life
Graduated from Nursing School in 1976. Married an engineer from SDTech. Doug and I have been married now
for 46 years!! Worked as a hospital RN for 6 years until child #2 arrived. Worked as a Stay-at-home Mom for 15
years. Two great kids: Aaron received degrees in E.Engineering from Columbia and in Business from
Wesleyan - he now works for Boeing in Seattle. He's married to a wonderful woman and has a 12 year old daughter
and 10 year old son now :) Heather has been a Veterinarian for 15 years already and now works in California. ...Expand for more
Received my Masters in Social Work in 2004 and worked for Hospice for 5 years. Lived in Houston from 1989 to
2011 except for a 4 year stay in Holland (91-94). Moved to Colorado Springs, CO in April 2011 after Doug retired
from BP. We love riding our bikes (Doug has a Harley & I have a Spyder) into the mountains nearby. Highly recommend retirement in Colorado! :)
