Hi to all graduating classmates of "1966". I am Shelby Schmidt Bailey and live in Alabama. Have been here since 1975 so I guess I could be termed a Southerner ,but the truth is my heart still belongs to the North. You may remember me since I was a majorette for 4 years in high school. What a fun experience and privilege it was for me. I am married, I have 3 great children, Russ, Dana, and Brady. One beautiful granddaughter, 7 step grandchildren. e first time I am building a house. Right next door to where I live now. I am moving my parents down here to live with us. I have designed a home that will give them and us privacy, but they will be easily accessible and I will be able to take care of them. The house should be completed by late fall, so Christmas will be extra special this year. My daughter lives next door to me so we will have the luxury of all of us being close and my parents being able to watch their only great grandchild grow up. I am truly blessed.
