Shellane's Story

I've adopted this as my new mantra: "Leave I CAN'T at the door." PAST: US ARMY Military Police Person Desert Storm Veteran 1988-1992 "Hmm..can she kick my butt?", you wonder. "Are you feeling lucky?" is what I'd tell ya! I WAS Shellane Gammons. Cass and I divorced in 2006. Then August 17, 2008, I married the true love in my life. I am now Shellane Demarest. t to the beautiful people in Orlando. My home gym is the Dr Phillips Gold's in Orlando. Besides teaching, I also model. Swimsuit season is on top of us. Thank God for Body Pump! FUTURE: Meeting my other Les Mills brothers and sisters at these fabulous quarterlies around the world. I aspire to become a Body Pump National Trainer, not one day but soon!
