Shelley's Story
I have two beautiful daughters and one granddaughter.Once I graduated I went on to college and got certified for Hotel/Foodservice Management.
I am the a.m. Sous Chef at the Walden Club and have been employed there for 33 years.
I was owner and operator of my own Catering company called Qee'Shea's Cuisine and have retired from it due to illness. I still do baking and very light catering for my church.
I am a member of the New Hope Missionary Baptist Church where I am a Youth Educator...Expand for more
, a member of the choir and a former Sunday School teacher. I also serve on the Culinary Board and the Dean's Office for Vacation Bible School.
I currently serve as secretary for the Chattanooga Fellowship of Christian Educators which is a non profit organization that travels all over the world to the National Baptist Convention each year in the month of June.
My ultimate goal in life is to help win souls to Christ and live a long and prosperous life by serving people in any way I can.
