Shelly's Story
Life
I have lived in Fayetteville since 87. I have been married to a great guy Rob for 18 years. He works in Admin as a LT for the Fayetteville Police Dept. We have two kids Brooke and Taylor. Brooke graduated from the UofA last year with a degree in Marketing. She was also a majorette for the UofA band. She works for Hershey in Bentonville. Taylor is a Senior this year and plans on going to the UofA next fall. He works at Best Buy and plays drums in a band. We have two dogs Mattie and Baylee and if we lived on a farm we would have 10 dogs or more.
College

Workplace
I have worked for the City of Fayetteville since 1987. As of August of 07 I have worked for the City for 20 years. I started out as a dispatcher which was a very exciting job. My hours were 4 in the morning until noon. It was very hard to raise a child as a single mother working those hours. Soon I moved to the Accounting division and did the payroll for the city for three years. After that I ran the Hot check program for the City Prosecutor's Office for 10 years. Now I am back in Accounting as the Accounting Manager. I am hoping to retired in 5 years and move to Gulf Shores. I would like to live there 6 months and back to Fayetteville for 6 months.
