Shelly's Story
Life
It's hard to believe that it's been 15 years since graduation...what have I been up to? Well, after graduating from IU, I moved to Chicago and have been working in the Training field. 8 years ago I struck out on my own and have been an independent consultant helping corporations develop educational programs for their employees.
I married Dan Magnus, a native Chicagoan and controller for Recycled Paper Greetings, in October of 1996. I was able to have a nice Wawasee representation at my wedding...Donna Rich (Schmahl) and San...Expand for more
dy Payne (Apotheker) both stood up as my bridesmaids. People in Chicago were amazed to find out that the three of us had actually known each other from grade school and were still friends 20+ years later.
Two and a half years ago, Dan and I had our first child, Natalie Claire. She is the light of our lives and am still constantly amazed that she is mine.
My mom, Carolyn, and step-dad, Bob, still live in the area (Middlebury), so I am back in the area quite often. Would love to hear from any of you on how and what you are doing!
