Sherman's Story

At Central I went by my middle name Dennis. I was very active in activities at Central, Jr Rotarian representing Central H.S, Thespian Club (remember Miss Conger ?), Student Council, Art Club, Choir. Friends included Gary Beckelheimer, Phyllis Colvin, Marie Deal and lots more. Had a great time at Central. After graduation I went into the service and did two tours in Vietnam. up I earned a degree in Fine Art and won a scholarship to study in Paris, FR. Then to supplement my education I graduated (with honors) in computer-aided drafting and served as a contract design draftsman for various companies around the U.S.,, Canada, and Saudi Arabia. So now (after retiring) I just try to enjoy life by supporting the performing arts, playing my guitar and petting my cat, Meatball.
