Sheron's Story
Life
I have moved around quite a bit since graduation in 1960.
In 1970 I moved to Akron, Ohio--got married, had a daughter in 1971 (Michelle Lee--same middle name as me), got divorced.
Got married in '76--moved to Frankfort, Germany in '77 (got sick and was sent to Brook Army Medical Center in Houston, TX--(I believe it was Houston--or San Antonio??). Hubby was re-assigned to Ft. Riley, KS where we resided from '77 till '79.
Worked for AAFES while in Ft. Riley.
Then sent to Bad Krueznach, Germany from '79 till '82 during which time I was working for AAFES at the 97th Gen Hospital Snack Bar as grill cook.
Got divorced while in Germany (in '81).
I continued to work for AAFES and stayed in Germany till '82--at which time I opted to return to the US to Ft Knox, KY to a position of Shift Supervisor at Ireland Army Hospital Snack Bar.
I lived in Radcilff, KY for several years while I worked at Ft. Knox.
Got married (always thnking that this is "the one"), and then I started my Mary Kay business in 1985.
Lots of marital problems ensued--and I had to put my bussiness "on hold" for several years while I got divorced.
Got my final divorce papers while I was driving OTR Semi for Gam-Bal Express (now defunct I understand), company was out of Orange, CA.
Drove from '86 till '92-- when and met my current husband, Richard. ...Expand for more

We got married in '92 and moved to Rineyville (where we still reside) and drove a schoolbus for Hardin County KY Schools.
Had some major surgery in '97 and '98.
Finally decided I was tired of working for others and decided to give my Mary Kay business a try again as I had been having really good results the first time and really had wanted all along to go back to it.
Loved it!! Made the National Queens' Court of Sales in 2003 and was bound for Dallas, Tx for Seminar and my "walk acorss the stage" to receive my "12 stone Diamond Ring" (a beauty!!) when my hubby had health problems right before our trip to Dallas.
We had gone to Branson, MO for my family reunion and he suffered a "possible" stroke. So, instead of staying at the reunion and then going to Dallas, we came home and he ended up getting surgery in Nov '03 for a 95% blocked artery in his neck. I didn't mind a bit as I would rather have him healthy than "walk acorss the stage". God answered my prayers that year.
I am still with Mary Kay, and I have a nice little business, make a modest profit every year--and enough tax write-offs so we don't have to pay taxes!!
I have been saving my profits so that maybe this year or next we can take a month long vacation to Australia. Both Richard and I have wanted to go there.
