Sherri's Story
20 years later! Still very happily married to my hubby Rob, with 6 of the best children, Kris 22, Matt 20, krista 18, Melissa 16, Katie 14, and Makenzi 9. Three graduated and three to go! Busy furthering my education in early childhood, also working as an Assistant Director in a childcare center and loving the life. God has blessed me over these past 20 years and I am thankful for a very loving husband and respectful, responsible children.
I could not have asked for more.
After leaving school Rob joined the Coast Guard. It took us to South Padre Island Texas. What a venture that was. Hot, humid and roaches, something i wasn't used to. Spent a year there and then headed up the coast to Galveston Texas. Spent a year there and then moved back home. Military life wasn't for us!

ce moved on to the Corrections Center, and I was a stay at home mom and have now moved on to Early Childhood Education. The years have flown by and my children have grown. Rob and I are finally spending some time together and doing a little vacationing, camping, casino hopping now that the kids are older.
I know life still has alot more in store for us, such as being grandparents!!
I'm gonna be a GRANDMA in April!!!! Oh my, it makes me feel OLD!!
I swore i would never leave the age of 19 and now that Grandma days are in the picture I still see no rocking chair for me. Still young at heart!!
Anyway, life has treated us well through the ups and downs, and we are better people for it. Looking forward to hearing from the ol' Rogers clan. I haven't left the neighborhood and don't ever plan on it. Rogers pride runs deep purple. Go Pirates!!
