Sherri's Story

After graduating from IUPUI in 1992, I taught at Neil A. Armstrong as a Title 1 Reading teacher for a year and a half. Then I taught first grade at Newby Memorial Elementary for four years. I married Michael Pepples in 1999 at the age of 29. I taught for Kokomo Center Schools for four years as a first grade teacher. Then I stayed at home with our daughters for seven years. grade for six years at Hinkle Creek Elementary in Noblesville, IN. Then I was an intervention specialist for two years at Hazel Dell Elementary in Noblesville, IN. Next, I tutored online for a company called Hoot Reading. I am currently teaching first grade at Legacy Christian School in Noblesville, I have two daughters Katelyn (19) attends Purdue University and Lauren (17).
