Sherri's Story
For anyone who reads this please know that high school to me was just a place. The people are what is important. I have been very fortunate to have met several wonderful people in high school who have re-entered my life afterwards. I have room in my life for more contact with the people I went to school with as I firmly believe every individual I have met, and has been in my life has a purpose. I learned something from all of you!
I am currently looking forward to the 30th class reunion - remember when we thought 30 was old? I own my own real estate company - though it is small right now - I am focussed on building it - even though we are in the toughest real estate market since the mighty depression (or the early 80's whichever one affects you the most). he second time. We are about to celebrate our 10th anniversary. I have one birth daughter and 2 bonus children (actually young adults) and 2 bonus grandchildren.
I invite you to contact me to say hi. It is so much fun to connect outside of the reunions. I have been blessed with being able to grow closer to some of our classmates after high school, and have lost touch with some very dear friends. None of us are who we were back then - lets enrich our lives. Besides if you really want to know a great secret - living in the past can help you stay younger - it's our surroundings that age us. Yes children are wonderful - yet they really are the reason for the gray hair. If they would stay young so could we :). Seriously though, keeping in touch with old friends is always good.
