Met my husband Jim right out of High School, but didn't marry him for 10 years...married 29 years in April...2008. Three Step daughters..love them like my own..one son biological..will be 25 this year...(2008) best thing in my life...got both grandkids and 5 great grand kids from the girls...like to fish for Bass and Catfish... and gamble! Have had 4 of my own Businesses, now am a Secretary, for 3 Businesses in one office and run 5 Realtors, a Septic and Porta potty Business, and Loan Company & currently considering Real Estate School.....Have lived in Beaverton, Portland, Milwaukie, Oregon City, and Prineville, Oregon...Redlands, California....Safford and Wilcox, Arizona, and am currrently in Truth or Consequences, New Mexico. Have also worked for US Natl, First State, Bank of Redland's, and Bank of the Southwest in the 38 years since High School...Currently have house on market here, and hope to move to Northern Mississippi if it ever sells! Favorite Place is Vegas! Love "old country" music and have extensive Record Album collection of old Artists...still play a Stereo.....3 dogs..2 Boxer's and an australian sheperd and 1 cat...Lost 2 German Shorthair' in the last 3 years.... Mom and dad still living..ages 86 & 88..were here across the street for a few years, but did not want to move to Mississippi with us, so moved back to Umatilla, Oregon..their roots. Brother Ron, graduated Grant, 1968 (better known than me), currently in Washington, widowed #1, then divorced #2. and currently seems very happy w/#3...we meet & visit in Vegas every other year....someone else makes the beds, does the cooking and cleaning, and we all have a great time just visiting and eating and of course gambling....friends and family accompany us, and it can be quite a group when we get together...we have a Blast! Next scheduled trip is October of this year..... Best known in this town for starting the Halloween Celebration, and Tin-Pan Alley Carnival and Street Dance which I organized and put on for 5 years....with it becoming the 2nd biggest Celebration in town, and involving all merchants, and Businesses...my husband swears I know everyone in a 35 mile radius....and I have to admit that I do know a lot of people........well, that about covers 39 years since High School! July 15, 2009- Life changing events-Sold the house, planning the move, packing to moving Boxes-Husband feeling "A little Off" Diagnosed w/ Gastric Cancer a week later- Widowed 9/01/09, moved 1/2 Block-Lost my last Dog July 3, 2010 no...Expand for more
