Sherrie's Story
Life
One amazing thing I have found out about myself is how each year I get older my priorities change. I have probably done more as far as "me" goes after I reached the young age of 50! I was into jogging in 5 & 10 K's, big into volunteer work working with abused women and rape victims, I became a police officer at age 53 and started going to college to get a Criminal Justice Degree at age 54. Never did I dream I would or could accomplish so...Expand for more
much. But now that I am 60 I just want to be with family (especially grandchildren) and go to our beach condo in Pensacola Beach.
I have been to all our class reunions except for the 10th. There are no more cliques. Everyone is just so glad to see the other still kicking that is delightful. Our memorial board grows each reunion.
I still love to jitterbug and enjoy the 50's music when we do have our reunions. When is the next one????????????
