Sherry's Story
Still crazy after all these years...
I traded music, politics and theatre for video production (which seems to incorporate all of them) and currently work at SDSU. I've spent the past six years working on an MA Interdisciplinary Studies about the role of humor in religion, slowed down by TWO rare and life-threatening health problems. I have always been a survivor, though, and continue to do so now. It's imperative when you're a late-bloomer ; )
I've been married to a wonderful man since 1994, though not my first marriage. I have two children, a step daughter, two grandsons and two granddaughters. My husband and I have raised our oldest grandson since he was a baby and, much to my dismay and delight, I am again parent to a teenager! My world seems to be ever interesting, complicated, and somewhat chaotic.

hear from old friends and acquaintances. I moved around so much and did so many different things, it seems like I've lived several lifetimes in one. It was great sitting at a table with people I knew from Monroe elementary school at the 30th reunion, feeling a kinship with people I hardly know.
I would also like to reconnect with my Chemawa friends. I'm not sure why, but I have always had a deep affection for that period of my life. My Iyanekas (is that really an Indian word?) disappeared many years ago.

BTW I am actually from the class of 1972, but I graduated a year early. I attended Ramona my Sophomore year. My family moved from Riverside just before my Junior year, but I returned to complete the second semester and graduate in 1971.
