My Spouse
A friend of mine had responded to a personal ad. The genltleman she met gave Jim (my husband) my phone number and said "There is this little girl I think you should meet. Call her!" Well he did and it took him 2 weeks to talk me into meeting him. I had made plans to go to a beach festival to hear Percy Sledge sing 'when a man loves a woman' ! My all time favorite ! He suggested we meet and if I didn't like him or feel comfortable then we would go our seperate ways. So I agreed to meet him. Weeeelllll .....he was 15 minutes late and not driving the car he said he would be ! I thought I had been stood up . I looked up and saw a tal...Expand for more
l , goodlooking , dark haired , brown eyed ( did I mention handsome ) man walking my way. I always wanted to marry a military man...and I did! Jim is a Chief in the US Coast Guard. Now ...you don't see one of us without the other. Unless he is Deer hunting....I don't do that! We have a beautiful daughter, Kaitlynn and she just turned 17, scary! She is a Jr in high school and hopes to go to college close to home.
My Pets
We have 23 dogs. All Schnauzers,its what I do. If you want to see the puppies go to ABucketofPuppies. We also have 5 cats and 5 horses, just had our first foal this past week, May 13, 2009. We live on a farm near Galveston TX.
