Sherry's Story
I have 2 wonderful sons, who are now amazing men. I very much enjoy them and their families. Raising them was the greatest joy of my life. They are so different and amazing. They have taught me not to take life or myself so seriously and that the path you take has to be your own.
I also have 6 beautiful grandchildren. The youngest, the last of 5 boys, was born November 2011. Family is a wonderful thing. My mom and both my sisters and their families, for the most part, live in the Spokane area now. They are all well.
I returned to the Boise area after a divorce and both my children had moved back. I'm a Developmental Therapist with children who have a variety of diagnoses. I have mostly worked with children whose delays and disabilities...Expand for more
fall within the autism spectrum. I love my work, think I was always meant to make a positive difference in the lives of children.
What I would truly like to include in my life now is a relationship with someone I once knew as a strong and confident man, with, uhm, great hands. He's still hot. No, this isn't an advertisement :-)
I'm crazy about suspense-thrillers, well the really good ones anyway. I also appreciate films with a real comment on the world we live in; I know "Avatar" was Sci-Fi, which I also enjoy, but it went so much deeper. "Black Swan" was very intriguing, loved "The Matrix."
I guess I should add- I think the thing that would probably surprise most of you is that I am not the shy, restrained individual I once was.
