School
I got married nine days after graduation. One year later, I gave birth to my first child...had five more after that (five girls and one boy). They are the best thing I got out of my first marriage. After 14 years of "hell" I left my husband and two years later filed for divorce. I was a single mom for 8 years, went to Schoolcraft college and received an associates degree in arts. Now I work at University of Michigan-Dearborn and am working toward my bachelors in English. (I'm almost a senior!) I'd like to get my master's in English and then teach at the ...Expand for more
university level. I remarried in 1998 to the most wonderful man in the world (for me). He is perfect for me - we get along very well and are very happily married. We have two grandchildren and another due in July 2004. We keep VERY busy and are never bored!
College
I received an associate in arts degree from Schoolcraft College - 20 years after I graduated from high school! It took me five years because I was a single mom, working part time. Now I'm attending University of Michigan-Dearborn working on my bachelor's degree in English. It'll take me forever...
