Sheryl's Story
Life
My home is in Thorndike. I have a ranch style home and a 3 bay garage. I do the cooking and cleaning and mowing lawns and maintain the yards. I have about 13 acres.
I have three grown children two daughters and 1 son. I also have 7 grandchildren and 1 grandson that passed away. As of September 29,2021 I have a beautiful great granddaughter.
We all ride bikes and jump ramps and go swimming they keep me going.
In my spare time I do notary work and I am a Dedimus Justice. I have performed several marriages and enjoy doing that very much.
I took care of my mom until June of this year. She has passed away and now is with Dad.

Workplaces: I did work for SAD #3 for a short time and then in April 1974 started work at Unity Telephone Company. Very proud to have worked for the Clifford Family. I have gone from Service rep to IT Department and several other positions along the way. For the last 25yrs I have worked in the line department. I was called the Outside Plant Assistant. I have worked Dale Shaw & Harold Shaw as my Boss & Supervisor. Wonderful people.
I am back to work for RSU#3. I do subbing in schools. Interesting and challenging but fun.
I am still working in RSU#3 5 days a week, I am working mainly in Troy and it is very exciting and I am happy to be part of this school and the great people that work there.
I have been working at Troy elementary for the last 3 years. Monday thru Friday. It's been rewarding and very much a learning experience.
