Sheryl's Story

I retired from the University of Colorado Cancer Center in June 2015 after 22 years there. My career as an oncology nurse included 16 years at MD Anderson Cancer Center (Houston TX) working in clinical trials research and my work on a cancer screening trial at CU for 20 years. alk to End Colon Cancer in June. I have been married to Daryl Ogden (Mullen HS, '69) for 46+ years and we have 2 terrific children and 3 amazing grandchildren. I have so enjoyed getting together with other AHS alums from classes of '66,'67, '68 and '69 at the "Old Warrior" lunches held at JD's Bait Shop the 2nd Tuesday every other month (odd months). And I am looking forward to catching up with classmates at our 55th (!!) reunion September 21-22, 2024.
