Sheryl's Story
I married Monty Harrell in 1976 and we lived in Ventura, CA, Madison,Wisconsin, Manhattan Beach, Glendale, Burbank and Valencia, CA and in 1991 moved to Texas. I spent 43 years working in the Insurance Industry and retired in 2007. I was made for retirement and love it! Don't know how I ever found time to work. Monty passed away 3 years ago after 2 1/2 years battling cancer. He was a smart, funny, good looking man and I miss him every day but am creating a new life for myself and have been dating a very wonderful man for the last year. I love trave...Expand for more
ling, cooking and entertaining, reading and am learning to quilt plus learning how to putt but am not very good. I live in an Active Adult Community and enjoy the many activities and trips we have available. I have a Rescued Old English Sheepdog who also keeps me busy and active plus I have a mischievous, cuddly rescued cat that I named Reedley after the town in California. I love Texas. The picture of me was taken in June 2018 sitting on the front porch of The Grand Hotel on Mackinac Island, Michigan. I was on a Great Lakes Cruise with a friend.
