Sheryl's Story
Life
After graduation we moved to Colorado. I then went on to Des Moines, IA where I attended Drake University. I have a BA in sociology from there. In IA I met my husband, Michael. We married in April, 1985. My daughter Emily was born in June, 1986, followed by son, Kurt, in April 1990, daughter, Tana-Sept. 1993, and Sons: Avery - Dec 1997, Merrick - Dec 1998, Dustin -March 2000 and Luke - April 2003. 4 and I have a granddaughter due this year (2009) My oldest son, Kurt died in an accident in Oct 1996.
We have been living in Minnesota since 1993. I have had a variety of jobs over the years: Bookeeper, secretary, cataloger, daycare teacher, stay at home mom,CNA and special education paraprofessional. I currently work as an educational assistant in the charter school my boys go to. My husband and I are very active in the school.
