Hello. My name is Amy Holladay. I am the youngest child of Sheryl Holladay (Kinkin). My mother passed away November 6, 2012......exactly 52 years to the day that she met my father Richard Holladay. I signed up on this site shortly after to notify people of her passing. It was too difficult to do so at that time and it's still difficult to this day. My mom was 69 when she passed. She was taken from us due to Alzheimers. She was originally diagnosed with it when she was 59, but we knew she had it at least 2 years prior. She was very young when diagnosed and too young to pass when she did. Life isn't and never will be the same without her. My mom and dad were married nearly 50 years prior to her passing. She passed away laying next to my dad in the middle of the night. My dad wouldn't have it any other way. Mom and Dad have four children - Jeff, Kelly, Christy and me Amy. Two boys and two girls.
