January 2011 The year after high school I married my sweetheart of now 33 years. We met in a ballroom dance class at the U of U. I was working as a bank teller and worked there until I was about ready to deliver our first child and have been at at home mom since. Yes I have babysitted children in the home and done a pre school for neighborhood kids but until three years ago that was it. I do work at the Utah State Fair once a year as a ticket taker with my oldest daughter who is my boss there! Our family is the perfect size for me. We have 6 beautiful children, two kids-in-law (also my children) and 5 grandkids!!! Amy (32), Roger (30), Celeste (21), CJ (19), Kiersten (15), Ethan (12). Yes there are quite a few years between Roger and Celeste. I had a pregnancy that kept me bedridden and 24 weeks along I suffered many complications which almost cost me my life and I did lose my son, Gordon. I was unable to get pregnant for awhile and once the problem was fixed (caused by the blood clots) I got pregnant and lost that one as well. I am so grateful for the 6 I was able to keep and still feel bad about the three I lost. (yes I lost another one after two more kids). I am happy to be alive and blessed that I had some doctors that would watch over me during my last pregnancies. I did have a couple who didn't think it wise to have any more children...."yo...Expand for more
