Shirley's Story

Life I left Germany in Dec of 1989 and moved to Minnesota. I was in for a HUGE shock. This place is COLD! And all these civilians! I moved away from the military life and it was a big adjustment. Every three years I still get the itch to relocate. I dated Luis for about three years (he moved here) and we had one child together who is now 15. I now have three children. of my old friends from Germany but am still looking for Marianne Taylor and Kamala Johnson. The pictures I posted are both from "now". I can't seem to find one from "then". I just turned 33 in August and recently divorced. I have missed Germany and wanted to go back for a long time but I know that it will not be the same and that scares me into not going. I guess I'd rather remember it the way it was....
