Life is so good! I'm the one in class of 1955 that got married and moved to Miami, FL. I went back and finished school in 1957 when our son Mike was two. Bill had orders to Memphis Navy base and my wonderful Mother kept Mike so I could finish. We had three sons. Our oldest son, Mike, 51 years old, was diagnosed with lung cancer and they found a couple of more spots on his sturnum and on his left hip. He passed away 04/05/07. Our other two sons are doing great. Robert Lee, son #2, is now driving an 18 wheeler after resigning from teaching high school chemistry. He loves it, but is planning on getting his masters degree to be a counselor. Robert did get married (at 49years old) 7/11/08. He now drives for FedEx 18 wheeler and lives in Harrisonville, MO with his wonderful wife, Carol and has a 20 yr old stepson and 17 yr old stepdaughter. Our youngest son, John,just retired, from UPS, where he was a supervisor and purchased his own business, "Mike's Dive". He and his son dive and clean boat barnicles off and prop cleaner. He has more time with family now.His wife, Sandy home schools their two children 18 and 15 and is doing a great job. We feel blessed and highly favored of the Lord each and every day. I am retired from the Sheriff's Office here after 14 years as secretary to the Uniform Patrol and loved it. We go on fishing trips. We both have motor scooters, his is 250 cc and mine is a 150 cc and we love riding them. We volunteer one day a week at the hospital in radolog...Expand for more
